How to: Add to baking, smoothies & teas, delicious on roasted pumpkin. Also great partnered with peanut butter!
A recent episode of one of my favourite podcasts series really resonated with me this week – The Dark Side of Modeling Success on Good Life Project. It explores the idea of looking at other people’s success and back-calculating the path or science to get there, without taking variables into account. The episode uses trading shares without taking into account people’s different approaches to risk.
It got me thinking about how we attempt to “model” other people in so many aspects of life. It’s not limited to our physical appearances and fashion. We often look at other people’s “success” in career, health, relationships, fitness, business… the list goes on and we think we can achieve the same “success” by following their path.
